Magnificent Shelly is a heartwarming family dramedy about Shelly Romano, a fearless 13-year-old whose biggest dream is to play football. When rules block her from joining the boys’ team and no girls’ team exists in her small town, Shelly refuses to give up. With her grandfather Cheche’s encouragement, she seizes the chance to lead her own squad in a new “Mixed Teams League” — as both star player and manager.
